Mathias advises owners, technical advisors and contractors on all legal issues regarding construction law, including procurement and contracting, liability for defects and delays and dispute resolution. In procurement law, he provides advice on the planning and execution of tenders under the Danish Public Procurement Act and the Danish Tender Act and the directives. Mathias has several years of experience advising on construction and procurement law matters as a result of working at the Danish Building and Property Agency.
