Marianne advises the Danish State and public bodies on procurement matters, both in relation to tender processes, including the drafting of contracts and agreements, and any subsequent disputes and other relating matters.

Marianne advises the Danish State and public bodies on procurement matters, both in relation to tender processes, including the drafting of contracts and agreements, and any subsequent disputes and other relating matters.

Marianne has extensive and thorough experience in contracts and procurement, including in particular in respect of complex procurement in infrastructure, utility services and defence. Marianne advises on general contract law and is very experienced in document drafting, negotiations, contract management and change management. In addition, Marianne has special litigation experience as well as experience in dealing with complaints before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement. Marianne's advice is focused on providing value to clients considering their needs which is often a result of a close collaboration with the client and the client's other advisors. Marianne has been seconded several times to some of the biggest public procurers in Denmark and has therefore gained a unique insight into the procurement phase and contract phase seen from the client's perspective, and she has been involved in the general structuring of procurement processes and contract management.
