Maris is very experienced in safeguarding the interests of creditors, including handling struggling businesses, administering bankruptcy estates, transfer of undertakings, collecting/recovering receivables and handling execution matters, etc. Maria is also experienced in dealing with employees, reviewing contracts and agreements and dealing with real estate in bankruptcy estates. In addition, Maria has experience in reconstruction proceedings before the Danish bankruptcy courts. Maria also conducts court cases involving insolvency law and business law, including in respect of avoidance, compensation, various types of fraud, management liability and bankruptcy-related disqualification.
