Line primarily deals with insolvency and commercial disputes including disputes concerning compensation, avoidance and contractual disputes in general. Line is particularly experienced in related cases and cross-border litigation in multiple jurisdictions. Line also provides general advice on business-related matters including insurance law and the law of damages. Moreover, Line has experience from our corporate team and commercial experience from big Danish companies as an in-house lawyer and from client secondment where she provided various advice on contract law and disputes.
