Kristin assists with property transactions and with housing law and the law of landlord and tenant in general. The work consists of drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, handling procedures regarding "tilbudspligt", ie the obligation under Danish law to offer properties to existing tenants, reviewing leases, dealing with vacation matters, dealing with matters relating to easements, registration of rights with the Danish Registration Court, etc.
