Josephine Skjoldmose Knop

Josephine Skjoldmose Knop assists public bodies and the business community with dispute resolution and litigation in connection with a number of matters relating to contract law and the law of damages. Josephine assists with litigation and arbitration before the Danish courts and arbitration tribunals and she also assists with settlement negotiations out-of-court. Josephine also provides advice to public bodies on all procurement aspects under both Danish procurement rules and the EU public procurement directives, including in particular in the area of defence and security. In this connection Josephine advises on the actual planning and completion of tender processes, contract drafting, market dialogue and negotiations. Josephine's previous experience includes advising on general public law matters and data protection law.
