Jesper Nørgaard Rams

Jesper advises the Danish State, public authorities and public bodies on all, both big and small, procurement aspects under the EU public procurement directives and the Danish procurement rules, and he has experience in all types of tender processes. Accordingly, Jesper plans tender processes, drafts contracts and contract documents for specific acquisitions and is an instructor in general procurement law. Jesper also advises on drafting and negotiating contracts, including in relation to any disputes that should subsequently arise. In his practice areas Jesper represents public bodies before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud). Finally, Jesper is a member of our expert groups for Evaluation and Evaluation Models and Complaints Handling. Jesper previously advised on insolvency law and other business-related issues.
