Jens has advised on and litigated cases on behalf of public authorities and private clients since 2015. He specialises in insurance and liability law matters. These matters include the scope of coverage under insurance schemes, professional liability, private liability, accident insurance, compulsory insurance, public insurance schemes and questions relating to liability in contract and in tort. Jens has experience in advising commercial businesses and insurance companies on regulatory issues. Jens also assists a number of municipal authorities in disputes concerning liability for slow and incorrect casework. In addition to insurance and liability, Jens advises on and litigates matters concerning social security law, including social benefits and forced adoption, immigration law, administrative detention orders and other coercive measures against citizens as well as matters relating to authorisation.
