Henrik Meden works as an attorney in our real estate team where he primarily advises on social housing/subsidised housing construction, including in particular purchase of land, project development and mixed housing. Henrik is very experienced in dealing with the legal challenges faced by cooperative housing societies and cooperative administration organisations, including in relation to the law of landlord and tenant and tenant participation. Henrik also advises on commercial and residential lease law, including in connection with property transactions.
