David also has extensive experience in transport law, environmental and energy law, public law and EU law. As a former head of the legislation and contract division of the Danish Ministry of Transport David has extensive experience in drafting bills, treaty infringement proceedings, complaint procedures, administrative law, decision-making in government, tender processes and contract follow-up.
