Daniel Rosenthal Plon

Daniel's primary practice area is litigation involving tax law matters before the Danish courts and before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in connection with preliminary questions submitted to the CJEU in the court cases. Daniel also has experience in entertainment law and intellectual property law from previous employment. He advises on issues relating to the leisure industry and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, particularly copyright. Daniel also studied music management at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, Denmark, and he has been a professional musician, music producer and manager for a number of known bands and artists. As a consequence, Daniel has in-depth knowledge of the music industry. He is therefore experienced in dispute resolution, rights clearing, negotiations, compliance and drafting and reviewing various types of industry-specific contracts.
