Christian Holm Henriksen

Christian Holm Henriksen focuses on estate administration and other insolvency matters. He is very experienced in safeguarding the interests of creditors, both before and during bankruptcy, including securing and selling assets and debt collection. Christian has significant experience in distressed properties, both in connection with the administration and the sale of several large property portfolios. Christian has represented Denmark's large mortgage credit institutions and banks at a significant number of sales by order of the court.
