He provides advice on all procurement aspects under the public procurement rules, and he has extensive experience in complex tender processes, including negotiated procedures and competitive dialogue. Andreas generally focuses on execution of tender processes aimed at the international market. He also advises on EU law, competition law and state aid matters as well as on other regulatory matters, for example investment screening (FDI) and cyber security. In his practice areas, Andreas represents public and private enterprises in negotiations and before the ordinary Danish courts, in arbitrations proceedings and before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud).
