Andreas has several years of experience in providing advice on employment law, including advice in connection with transfers of undertakings and incentive programmes. Andreas also has general experience in advising both Danish and international clients on employment, matters during the employment, dismissals, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses and the legal position of executives.
