Andreas has several years of experience in providing advice on employment law, including in particular advice in connection with transfers of undertakings and incentive programmes. Andreas advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of employment law including drafting and negotiating employment contracts, ongoing consultation with HR departments, dismissals and termination of employment, non-competition clauses and legal aspects relating to executive officers. Andreas's previous practice areas include company law and M&A, and he has therefore gained special experience that benefits his advice on transfers of undertakings and the employment law aspects in such connection.
