The component workshops was prior to the divestment a fully integrated division of DSB Vedligehold A/S responsible for the repair and refurbishment of rotables for DSB’s rolling stock.
The agreement to divest the component workshops was entered in July 2021 and the transaction was subsequently completed in September 2022 following the obtainment of approval by the competition authorities.
