Nordic Aqua Partners A/S principal activity is to set up and operate a fully integrated on-land Atlantic salmon farm in Ningbo, China, with its sustainable and state-of-the-art Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) and will be able to supply truly fresh salmon to a large and rapidly growing Chinese market.
Nordic Aqua Partners A/S is expected to be listed on Euronext Growth Oslo (currently Merkur Market) in early December 2020 where Poul Schmith has also advised the company on Danish law matters.
