The acquisition was structured as an asset transfer where KMT’s subsidiary KMT Kabel Danmark A/S acquired all fixed assets, employees and customers at NKT’s business in Stenlille. As part of the acquisition, KMT and NKT have entered a long-term agreement to secure the future recycling of NKT’s power cables.
