Poul Schmith has advised the sellers of tamigo, a Viking Growth-backed company, in connection with its sale to Accel-KKR.
Tamigo is a leading workforce management platform with more than 400,000 users across more than 20 countries. Since 2019, the company has tripled in size, expanded across Europe, and strengthened its platform, driven entirely by organic growth.
With the transaction, tamigo gains a new partner to support its continued growth and development as part of Accel-KKR’s Nordic HR software group.
