Social security law is a complex and comprehensive area of the law, which places great demands on legal insight into how the cases are processed. In recent years, the number of lawsuits in this area has increased.
We assist municipalities and the Danish state with general advice on applicable rules and their consequences in specific cases. Our knowledge of social security law is also of major importance to e.g. cases concerning compensation for personal injury. We represent both public-sector and private-sector players in a considerable number of cases before the Supreme Court, the high courts and district courts across Denmark.
