Tim Holmager represents the Danish Ministry of Taxation and the Danish Customs and Tax Administration (SKAT). For a number of years he has specialised in tax litigation and he has litigated extensively before the Danish Supreme Court, the Danish high courts and the Danish district courts. Tim also provides general advice to SKAT and safeguards the interests of SKAT before the Danish National Tax Tribunal.
