Teresa Juul-Jensen

Teresa works in our employment and labour law team where she advises a number of private and public employers on all significant areas of employment and labour law, including matters relating to the commencement of employment, conditions during employment and in connection with the termination of employment as well as on discrimination and equal treatment. Teresa also has experience in advising on business transfers, including drafting memoranda dealing with specific legal challenges in relation to business transfers. Moreover, Teresa has extensive experience in assisting in due diligence processes and with everything relating to transactions. Teresa has also prepared a number of cases before the courts, industrial arbitration tribunals, the Danish Labour Court (Arbejdsretten) and the Danish Civil Service Tribunal (Tjenestemandsretten), including cases concerning dismissals, the assessment of penalties for breach of agreement and discrimination.
