Sune is an experienced tax law litigator and he appears as an advocate before the Danish district courts, high courts and the Supreme Court, and he is experienced in providing advice to the Ministry of Taxation and the agencies under the Ministry in this regard. Sune also has extensive experience in digitalisation projects where he has advised public bodies in connection with the development and management of digital solutions. In that connection Sune has advised on legislation ready for digitalisation and the relating administrative basis. Sune is the partner responsible for our litigation team.
