Rune Richelsen has extensive experience in insolvency proceedings and his practice area includes bankruptcy court-supervised reconstruction and out-of-court reconstruction of ailing businesses. He also provides advice to Danish and foreign businesses including banks on insolvency law subjects including in connection with provision of security. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings and has conducted a large number of cases involving liability, avoidance and bankruptcy-related disqualification. Finally, he is experienced in company law and drafting contracts and has handled a large number of liquidations.
