Rasmus Holm Hansen

Rasmus represents private developers, pension funds, public bodies, contractors (both Danish and foreign), cooperative housing societies and other private operators in the relevant markets in his areas of practice. Rasmus provides advice on all types of projects, but a significant part of Rasmus's time is spent on large projects in infrastructure, construction and urban development. Rasmus also represents his clients before the ordinary courts, the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud) and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board (Voldgiftsnævnet for Bygge- og Anlægsvirksomhed), and he is also experienced in preparing and conducting commercial arbitration in other contexts, including the ICC. Rasmus is an experienced mediator and arbitrator, and he has been involved in several of the biggest arbitration cases that have been brought before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. Rasmus is featured in both Legal500 and Chambers, including as a "Leading Individual" in Legal500. For several years, Rasmus has been a speaker on procurement, construction and IT at various conferences, and he often assists with tailoring training programmes and courses. Rasmus's clients include pension funds, Danish and foreign contractors, the Capital Region of Denmark, the Danish Building and Property Agency, the Danish Road Directorate, Banedanmark, the Region of Southern Denmark, fsb, the City of Copenhagen, the Municipality of Frederikssund, the Municipality of Frederiksberg, the Municipality of Ballerup, the Municipality of Helsingør, KAB, Domea.dk, a number of technical advisors, professional advisors to the employer and property developers as well as a large number of Danish ministries and agencies.
