Oskar Forsblom

Oskar has experience in international and cross-border finance transactions across a variety of industries and finance solutions, including bank lending, venture finance, bond issues, real estate financing and financial restructuring. Oskar has represented lenders, borrowers, agents and arrangers and has been involved in projects and transactions globally and particularly in the UK, the Nordics and central Europe. Oskar joined Poul Schmith in 2023. Before moving to Denmark, Oskar worked for the international law firm Freshfields in London. During his time at Freshfields, Oskar completed a client secondment to HSBC.
