Morten is part of our energy and infrastructure team. Morten is very experienced in participating in complex tender processes, including negotiated procedures and competitive dialogue, and he is also very experienced in planning and carrying out tender processes targeted at the international market, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and transport. Morten also advises on general contract law including contract management and contract law disputes, and he represents clients before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud) and before the Danish courts in matters relating to procurement law and contract law. Morten is also the chairman of our expert group for amendments to procurement law.
