Morten is part of our energy and infrastructure team. Morten is very experienced in participating in complex tender processes, including negotiated procedures and competitive dialogue, and he is also very experienced in planning and carrying out tender processes targeted at the international market, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and transport. Morten has a unique insight into the interplay between contract law and procurement law and also has significant experience in contract law disputes and contract management, including contract lifecycle management. He is very experienced in drafting complex contracts customised to individual procurement and has significant experience in drafting standard and model contracts. Moreover, he has market-leading knowledge of contract modifications and how such modifications are managed in respect of both the procurement rules and contract law. Morten also has experience in drafting and optimising templates and model contracts in both procurement law and contract law. He is the partner responsible for our digital contract tool Docufy and is also responsible for retaining and sharing knowledge in the area of procurement. In addition, Morten is the chairman of our expert group for amendments to procurement law and our expert group for framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems. Morten has written several articles and contributions to books on procurement and contract law subjects, and he is often a speaker at both internal and external courses and conferences on the subjects. Morten has extensive experience in collaborating with clients' technical and commercial advisors and internally with clients' stakeholders. He is also a certified project manager and is very experienced in managing both large and small projects. In this connection, he has gained a great understanding of the special characteristics of politically governed organisations. When providing advice, he is particularly focused on how law is to be part of clients' solutions and that the advice must always be operational and focus on clients' needs. Morten also advises on general contract law and he represents clients before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud) and before the Danish courts in matters relating to procurement law and contract law.
