Mette Hougaard

Mette Hougaard primarily advises on commercial law and residential lease law. Mette also assists Danish and international property investors, developers, landlords and tenants with general real estate matters. Mette is part of our M&A real estate team where she advises on commercial law and residential lease law and property transactions. The work consists of drawing up, assessing and negotiating contracts and agreements, terminating leases, market rent matters, notices of defects in leased premises, due diligence, vacation matters, etc.
