Mattias Chor

Throughout his career, Mattias has focused on litigation in particular and through the years he has prepared and conducted a significant number of court cases, especially before the Danish district courts and the Danish high courts. In addition to cases before the ordinary courts concerning insolvency law, interpretation of contract, administrative law and tax law in particular and tax litigation, Mattias also has experience in arbitration proceedings involving (large) contractual claims. The type and size of the cases vary greatly. Because of his extensive litigation experience, Mattias advises the Danish Ministry of Taxation and its agencies on tax law and tax litigation subjects. Mattias's analytical skills and focus mean that he is the go-to lawyer if cases are to be solved successfully and efficiently.
