Malene is also very experienced in drafting documents in the area of procurement and contracts and she has deep insight into the world of the contracting authorities and the connection in which the procurement processes are part. She uses this extensive experience to create the best solutions for her clients and the result is balanced and commercially viable contracts and agreements. Malene also has extensive knowledge of framework agreements, including tendering of this special type of agreement, and optimising the use of such agreements. She assists with procurement design and drafting the contract documents in connection with the tendering of framework agreements. Malene is very experienced in advising on public-private innovation and on innovation partnerships. One of Malene's areas of expertise is handling the processes for entering into public-private innovation agreements and drafting the agreements as well as the special procurement law, state aid law and rights issues raised by this type of agreements. Moreover, Malene has a broad range of experience in complaint proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement and she is responsible for our group specialising in complaint proceedings and access to documents. Malene is a frequent speaker at conferences and since 2015 she has been one of the driving forces behind the JUC procurement network (JUC is a Danish provider of supplementary legal training).
