Maja primarily litigates tax cases on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Taxation and provides advice and assistance to the Danish tax authorities. Maja is also experienced in providing advice on labour and employment law, and she has advised both public and private clients on the relationship between the employer and the individual employee and on matters relating to collective agreements. Her experience also includes advice on insolvency law including estate administration, reconstruction and general business-related matters.
