Kristoffer has extensive and specialised experience in finance law. Kristoffer has acquired considerable experience in debt capital markets transactions where he advises issuers and organisers in connection with the issue of investment grade and high-yield bonds and the issue of hybrid and supplementary capital by financial services companies. Moreover, Kristoffer has special experience in securitisation transactions and the recovery and resolution of financial services companies under the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD) where Kristoffer advised Finansiel Stabilitet in connection with the acquisition and resolution of ailing banks. Kristoffer also provides advice to operators in the financial sector on various regulatory matters, including in particular payment services, money laundering regulation and asset management (AIF).
