Jesper Lauge Johannesen

Jesper has a particular focus on urban development projects in area development companies, especially the cooperation between public bodies and private investors. He has been involved in some of the most significant area development companies in Denmark in recent years and has consequently acquired extensive experience and expertise in and insight into the individual stages of a successful development project, from the initial concept to project implementation. His expertise is wide-ranging and covers all significant real estate aspects. Over the years, Jesper has successfully assisted a wide range of clients with strategic and value-adding advice that has created strong and lasting client relationships. He handles complex legal issues with a focus on clients' visions and business objectives, where joint ventures and partnership agreements in particular have been a large part of his work. He advises a wide range of operators in the property industry, including public bodies, pension funds, property investors, property developers, turnkey contractors and project providers, both established and start-ups.
