Jakob represents and advises municipalities and authorities in particular on the law of damages and social security law. Jakob has conducted and assisted with cases before the Danish district courts and the Danish High Court for a number of municipalities and authorities. He provides advice and assistance to municipalities in particular in cases involving liability in damages, social security law, public administrative law, inter-municipal reimbursement and liability under the European Convention on Human Rights. He is also experienced in assisting municipalities and authorities with handling large sets of linked cases and reducing the backlog of work. His experience also includes the development and implementation of digital products to optimise legal work and document processes.
