Hashim advises Danish and international lenders and borrowers on financing, insolvency and company law matters in connection with acquisition finance, property finance, asset finance, operating finance, provision of guarantees and security and bond issues. Hashim also provides advice on corporate restructuring, factoring, leasing, structured finance, ESG and general company law. Alongside his work at Poul Schmith, Hashim is a lecturer in tort and contract law at the University of Copenhagen.
