Frederik Bo Karup

Frederik Bo Karup provides advice on banking and finance law, regulatory matters relating to financial services companies and company law. Frederik is very experienced in providing advice to large companies, financial institutions and private equity funds on all types of financing, including operating finance, acquisition finance, project finance and asset finance as well as bond issues (corporate bonds and regulatory capital), and he is also very experienced in navigating complex and cross-border matters. In addition, Frederik has extensive experience in providing advice to financial services companies, including insurance companies and providers of payment services, on regulatory matters and consumer and credit law matters. Frederik also provides advice to Danish and international businesses on company law and general contract law.
