Anne Ramlov Risager

Anne primarily advises on insolvency law and other business-related matters. Anne's work mainly consists of preparing and conducting litigation including cases concerning the professional liability of advisors and management liability as well as other business-related matters. Anne is particularly experienced in matters arising from financial crime, major groups of cases and cross-border litigation in multiple jurisdictions. In this connection, she has experience in coordinating litigation across borders, including cases where Danish law applies before foreign courts and must be communicated to foreign lawyers and courts. In addition, Anne has experience in matters concerning the liability of banks where the advice provided by banks, their obligations and liability in damages are central. Anne also has experience in insurance-related disputes, including disputes involving insurance cover and compensation in such connection. Anne's previous experience includes working in our tax team where she litigated a number of court cases involving tax law issues.
