Anders advises primarily the customer, both private and public, on all IT law aspects as well as on acquisitions of IT, contract management, change management and dispute resolution in a procurement law context in relation to both the procurement rules and private tender processes. It means that Anders has significant insight into the market for IT services and the market players as well as the market developments, including in respect of agile development, SaaS and outsourcing. In addition to the law, Anders has gained profound insight into the technical aspects of IT services. Anders is also very experienced in planning, carrying out and handling all stages of the tender processes regarding acquisitions of IT, including determining the tender strategy, conducting the technical dialogue, handling open procedures, restricted tenders, negotiated procedures and other tender processes not covered by the detailed procurement law regulation. The advice focuses on creating value for the client considering the client's needs, including handling the often very large amounts and strategic importance which is a consequence of the client's situation and a specific acquisition of IT. The advice is given in close cooperation with the client and often also the client's other advisors. As a consequence of his extensive experience, including as a former in-house advisor in a big company, Anders is used to working together with clients, advisors and also opposing parties at all organisational and professional levels. Anders is a certified IT attorney from the Association of Danish IT Attorneys (Danske IT-Advokater), a certified agile project management practitioner, a certified SAFe® 5 agilist and a certified SAFe® 5 DevOps practitioner. In addition to providing advice, Anders also offers dispute resolution services, particularly in relation to disputes arisen in connection with acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.
