Poul Schmith and Kammeradvokaten explained
Kammeradvokaten (legal advisor to the Danish Government) is a title that we only use in matters that fall within the scope of our Legal Services Agreement with the Danish Ministry of Finance and where our role is to represent the Danish State and State undertakings.
We use the name Poul Schmith when we act for private and public clients that are not covered by the Legal Services Agreement.
Our clients
We provide legal services to businesses in the private sector and public bodies, including regional authorities, government agencies, local authorities, etc. In order to avoid any conflict of interest, our assistance to private individuals is therefore very limited.
We do not provide any legal assistance in the area of criminal law.
